Destination Jesus

February 15-17, 2019 | Guerin Catholic| Noblesville

What is Destination Jesus?

Destination Jesus is a weekend conference style retreat for high school students. It is a weekend of prayer, games, food, and music, joining with other high school students, priests, seminarians, and nuns from around the Diocese of Lafayette-in-Indiana.
We are blessed to celebrate our 24th year of Destination Jesus. The theme for the weekend is “Alive Again” and our theme song is Alive Again by Matt Maher. Click the other tabs above for more info about the weekend and how to signup!

Mission Statement & Goals

Destination Jesus is a Catholic retreat that draws young people into a deep and lasting union with Jesus Christ, especially through sacramental encounter. Opportunity for healing in the Eucharist and Reconciliation allows participants to experience true freedom in God’s mercy. The retreat aims to:

1. Promote knowledge and love of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament – the source and summit of Christian life.
2. Inspire devotion to Mary, the Mother of God.
3. Encourage fidelity to the teachings of the Catholic Church and the Magisterium.
4. Awaken discernment of Holy Vocations as ordained by God and His Holy Church

March for Life - For High School Students

January 18, 2019 | Trip January 17-20 | Washington D.C.

Registration for our 2019 pilgrimage to the March for Life in Washington DC is now open. This year our trip leaves from St. Elizabeth Seton in Carmel on the evening of January 17. We will be attending a youth rally in the DC area and then making our way over to march. That evening will be staying in a hotel just outside of New Jersey, before we wake up on Saturday to travel to New York City and visit the 9/11 Memorial Museum. We will end our trip with the Saturday night Vigil Mass at St. Patrick's Cathedral before returning to Carmel early Sunday Morning.

Cost for the trip is $235 for quad occupancy.

We are only taking two buses on this trip so space is limited. To reserve your spot we must have your waiver and deposit turned in to the office of Catechesis.

We hope you are able to join us on this powerful pilgrimage to stand up for all stages of life!

YOU - Theology of the Body for Teens

  • A new session starting soon!

A Life-Changing Experience for Teens

You: Life, Love, and the Theology of the Body is a unique program which reveals to teens their value as an person: their bodies, their sexuality, and their individual call to love. Filmed on location all over the world, the program features teens as well as respected Catholic leaders. It addresses, head on, many of the issues teens are already exposed to via entertainment media, societal pressures, and their own interactions with each other.

This exciting and dynamic program is being offered to High School teens at The Bayley Residence, 2493 Gala Dr., West Lafayette, IN. We will meet beginning Tuesday, Oct 24 and continue through Jan. 2nd from 6:30-8:30pm

Registration is appreciated by not required.

This program will give teens the answers and the tools they need to successfully and safely navigate through life.

Contact Sue Bayley at 765-404-0753 for more information.
